We are looking for an enthusiastic innovative person to join the Income Recovery team in North Tyneside Council.

This is an exciting time in North Tyneside as we have recently implemented a new IT system. Once fully embedded this will improve operating processes and increase efficiency in practice.

The successful candidate will provide financial and administrative support as part of the Financial Services process.

This includes the update and maintenance of management information systems, financial monitoring and transactions, monitoring timelines and undertaking research.

The post holder will be expected to communicate with colleagues, external agencies, service users and their families, in relation to contributions for services and answer queries in relation to charges, both verbally and in writing. This may include providing a breakdown of financial information.

The post is full time, fixed term for 10 months.
