Are you an experienced marketing professional looking to make a difference through your work? Adopt Coast to Coast is a brand new adoption agency and we are looking for passionate and innovative people to join our team.

As our Senior Communications Officer, you will be key to helping find adoptive families for children waiting for their forever home, transforming the lives of these children and their new parents forever.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy covering three Local Authority areas (Durham, Cumbria and Sunderland), building the profile of the agency and establishing it as the first choice for anyone considering adopting.

This unique opportunity offers the right candidate the chance to not only make a real difference to families, but to shape the future of this brand new agency and make their mark professionally using their skills, experience, passion and personality.

Formally employed by Durham County Council, the role will require extensive travel across the three Local Authority areas, and the successful applicant could be based in any of the three areas.

Required Qualifications: Degree or equivalent in Communication or a related discipline.
