VACANCY NO: AHS/19/121

The posts will be based in Durham Pathways but will be required to work in one of the other hubs dependent upon service need. The other hubs are based in Stanley ,Peterlee, Newton Aycliffe and Spennymoor.

Pathways Hubs are warm and welcoming, providing excellent resources to help improve and maintain health, wellbeing and happiness in a very person-centred way.

This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills to meet the individual requirements of people needing specialist care and support. You will be trained to support with a range of therapeutic activities, personal care, moving and handling and a range of other areas to meet the needs of the individual.


Experience of working or supporting people with a disability or who require care is essential in this role.

Qualfications: 4 GCSE (A-C grades) or NVQ level 2 or equivalent

The successful applicants for these posts will be required to apply for a Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.


It is anticipated that interviews will be held w/c 13/5/19
