Support & Recovery provides a countywide recovery-based service to individuals experiencing mental health problems in County Durham.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and energetic individual for this exciting role to work with individuals to develop their skills to live independently.

Applicants should have experience of working with people with mental health problems.

Qualifications: 5 GCSEs or equivalent or NVQ / HSC L3 or relevant degree / Nursing qualification or equivalent or Social Work qualification or equivalent
