Required for 1 April 2021 or earlier if possible. The Governors seek to appoint a committed, experienced and enthusiastic teacher with senior management experience.

The Governing Body are keen to appoint a Deputy Headteacher with a proven track record of excellent classroom practice and the ability to support the leadership of our successful, happy and inclusive school.

The Successful candidate will need to be:

• Enthusiastic, inspirational and an innovative leader with proven teaching and management skills.
• A person who can demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills and is committed to maintaining our current ethos, high standards and continuous improvement.
• Enthusiastic about nurturing the partnerships between pupils, parents, staff, Governors and the wider community.
• Able and willing to provide constantly high quality, practical and solution focused support to the Headteacher.
• It is also likely that the successful candidate will be teaching in our Year 6 class on appointment.
