We now have a fantastic opportunity to appoint an innovative and forward-thinking leader to join our senior team and drive our exciting agenda forward.

Reporting to our Corporate Director of Neighbourhoods and Climate Change you will lead Highways Services across the vast geography of Durham county, developing and implementing the council’s strategic and operational highways functions. Your remit will include a significant in-house delivery team, the provision of an engineering consultancy for highway design and improvements and a number of other exciting civil engineering schemes
