This post is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and highly regarded Informatics & Insights service. We are currently working on an ambitious programme to replace the Council’s core social care case management and finance systems. The scale here is huge; the ask is often complex and the context unique. Our agile multidisciplinary team is using the latest tech, tooling and thinking to transform our social care systems, so they're easier to access and more efficient to use.

As well as the providing training and support for our legacy system (CareFirst), the successful candidate will work with the other practitioner trainers in the team to produce the workforce development programme for the new system (Eclipse) and ensure the whole of our workforce receive the training needed ahead of go live.
The post will be particularly suitable to candidates with existing working knowledge of social care systems, who have the ability to train and support others. It also provides a fantastic opportunity to develop the training offer to enable colleagues to succeed and improve our recording and use of information in the directorate.
This position is fixed term for 12 months and would be suitable as a secondment opportunity. If you are interested in a secondment you must gain your managers approval prior to applying.
