To undertake quality assurance checks to support service delivery and assist the Notice Processing Manager in preparing correspondence relating to key stakeholders, corporate complaints and freedom of information requests.

The ability to operate both bespoke and generic software systems and have good IT skills is essential for this role.

Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced; high volume team environment and have excellent communication and organisational skills. The job is part of a larger worker group.
