VACANCY NO: AHS/23/35

We are looking to recruit a permanent 37hr permanent Social Worker within the Easington Locality Team.

The Team enjoys excellent working relationships with colleagues in Health and other statutory and non-statutory organisations.

The social worker is responsible for completing assessments of need care planning and reviewing and working within multi-disciplinary settings for Adults with a physical disability and older people.

It is expected that the successful candidate will have experience of working within Adult social care together with an up to date knowledge of multi-agency working and the associated adult care agenda.

Required qualifications: Professional qualification: Degree in SW, Dip SW, CSS or CQSW or equivalent, plus Social Work England registration ( or be applying for registration).

The successful applicant for this post will be required to apply for a Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
