What we do:
Early Help - provide targeted support to children, young people and families at the earliest point of need.
Social Care - provide support to children in need of help and protection.
Education - support schools in relation to curriculum development and school leadership as well as providing support and challenge for school improvement and effectiveness.
Corporate & Commercial Services– ensuring that our services consistently improve and that standards are maintained.
Finance – ensuring continued investment in the most effective child centred services.
