North Tyneside Council has an ambitious change programme in place to support the delivery of our strategic aims whilst reducing costs. We are looking for a professionally qualified and experienced individual to support the organisational and cultural redesign.
You will have detailed knowledge of employment law and extensive experience in policy and procedure application. You will provide professional and detailed in depth case management advice and support across a full range of HR matters.
This is a fixed-term post for up to one year.
