If so then North Tyneside Council’s Operational Systems Support Officer role could be for you.

North Tyneside Council have recently implemented new ICT systems and applications, including a new housing repairs and maintenance system (AccuServ), to support the delivery of all works relating to repairs and maintenance and construction. As a result an exciting opportunity has arisen to provide ICT support and further develop systems and applications to reflect the needs of the Housing Property and Construction Service.

As an Operational Systems Support Officer you will be responsible for supporting a range of internal staff and identified suppliers and subcontractors to engage with the operational systems used by the Housing Property and Construction Service. You will also be responsible for ensuring that colleagues, suppliers and subcontractors can utilise digital equipment and employ processes effectively.

This post is fixed term for 12 months.
