We are a caring and supportive team; loyal and tenacious, with integrity at the heart of everything we do.

Are you the right person to help us to develop a brighter future for our children?

We are looking to recruit a total of 5 Careers and NEET advisers. 3 full time advisors will work with year 10 and 11 vulnerable pupils in schools on a term time only plus 2 weeks contract; and 2x 24 hour whole time roles to work with post 16 NEET young people. The full team will be expected to be flexible and cover both school and NEET work as and when required.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of young people to provide impartial information, advice and guidance to support them in improving their aspirations and career goals and move into education, employment or training.

You will also carry out early help assessments with the most complex young people, to identify the range of needs and work with partner agencies to provide an holistic service to help overcome barriers to move into employment, education and training.

You will be expected to accurately record information on current destinations, support given and other agency involvement on the careers database in a timely manner.
