This is your opportunity to play a proactive role within a small team as you deliver high quality services in relation to the local authority’s statutory responsibilities for School Attendance, Elective Home Education, Children Missing Education, Exclusions and Alternative Education.

You will have experience in a closely related area of work, including direct contact with parents/carers. You must have experience of safeguarding practice and procedures; evidence of problem solving skills and applying creative effective solutions to support business needs; ability to use your own initiative to prioritise workload and manage competing deadlines; ability to challenge in difficult situations; experience of improving systems and procedures; and of contributing to the development of policies and protocols.
