ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-confident and flexible person to provide administrative support for the Deputy Head Teacher, for reports and to assist the finance officer of the school.

The successful candidate must have:

• The minimum educational requirement of 4 passes (including English and Maths) at GCSE (Grade A*-C) or equivalent
• Excellent ICT skills, experience of using Microsoft Office
• Proven knowledge of data systems and preferably SIMS
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability and flexibility to work independently and as part of a team

The successful candidate will be a motivated, well organised person who can work under demanding conditions and will be able to deliver a consistently high standard of work.
