Adoption Tees Valley (ATV) has been hugely successful in finding families for the children referred, and has helped more siblings be placed together, more older children to be adopted, and more children who have additional needs. Due to the continued success at achieving adoption for children who have an adoption plan, we now have investment in our growth as a Regional Adoption Agency.
We continue to build our adoption support service and are committed to adoption support for all children and families from the time the child moves into the family.

We are now seeking to appoint:
1 permanent part time Adoption Social Worker 32.5 hours per week, to join our adoption support team, providing direct support for families and children, and working with the social work and education adoption support workers.
1 temporary for 2 years, full time Adoption Social Worker, to join our adoption support team, providing direct support for families and children, and working with the social work and education adoption support workers. (Consideration will be given to those within the 5 Local authorities of Tees Valley for opportunity of a secondment to this post)
You will receive regular supervision and support from our experienced managers, and from colleagues, regular training and CPD opportunities, and an opportunity to contribute your skills and thinking to the development of the Regional Adoption Service.
