Highway Services has an opportunity for 4 Apprentices on a 4/6 year contract based at County Hall Durham; however you may be required to work at any Council workplace within County Durham.

The postholder will be required to develop skills and knowledge through the provision of a high quality service to Highways Services whilst completing the Apprenticeship Framework.

The successful applicants must have good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications:
• Level 3 qualifications meeting 96-112 UCAS points one of which must be
Mathematics or an equivalent e.g. A Levels and BTEC extended diplomas
are accepted
• Level 2 qualification covering English & Maths e.g. GCSE’s Grade 4 or
above and functional skills are accepted
