Are you passionate about learning, development and helping people reach their potential?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Apprenticeship Co-ordinator to join our Organisation and Workforce Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting apprentices, managers, education providers and stakeholders to develop a skilled and sustainable workforce.
As Apprenticeship Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating apprenticeship programmes across the organisation, ensuring a positive learner experience and supporting compliance with apprenticeship funding and quality requirements.
About the Role
Working closely with managers, apprentices, training providers and internal teams, you will:
- Coordinate apprenticeship programmes from enquiry through to completion.
- Provide advice and guidance on apprenticeship opportunities and pathways.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and progression of apprentices.
- Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with education and training providers to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Support apprenticeship funding processes and compliance requirements.
- Produce reports and workforce development data to inform decision-making.
- Promote apprenticeships across the organisation and engage with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to workforce development initiatives that support organisational priorities.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Possesses excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Is confident working with data, systems and reporting processes.
- Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Has a good understanding of apprenticeships, workforce development or education programmes.
- Is committed to delivering a high-quality service and improving learner outcomes.
