We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our senior leadership team. You will have the vision, skills, credibility, passion and entrepreneurial flair to help us deliver on our aspirations and the ability to work effectively with elected members to embed a high performing and problem solving culture based upon public service values.
In this role you will be key to delivering and further developing high performing corporate services that support the effective operation of the whole council. You will be responsible within your division for corporate performance, consultation and engagement, communications, human resources, health and safety and information technology services (through an outsourced contract). Pivotal to your success will be your ability to be both a strategic thinker and to ensure the delivery of effective services within the context of a One Council approach. You will have a proven track record in driving improvement, efficiency and transformation of corporate services within a challenging financial environment.
