We are looking for an Assistant Head with responsibility for Upper School (Years 4 > 6) and leading Progress, Attainment and Learning across the Academy to join our dynamic and highly successful leadership team. The successful person will have: • a desire and the resilience to ensure our school is an outstanding school within 3-5 years • leadership and readiness to assume responsibility for the Maths curriculum from Nursery to Year 6 • a deep understanding of mastery in the Maths curriculum and a passion for problem solving and reasoning • outstanding teaching practice with a passion to help all young people to be the best that they can be • personal drive, determination and the ability to form effective working relationships that are conducive to a productive
