Springwater Academy is a vibrant and inclusive Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) school, committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for our learners. We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Site Supervisor to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the school site.
Carry out minor repairs, maintenance, and general caretaking duties.
Ensure the premises are safe, secure, clean, and compliant with health & safety standards.
Assist with site security, deliveries, and setting up rooms for school activities.
Contribute to the smooth operation of the academy and its welcoming atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:
A practical, hands-on individual with a strong work ethic.
Experience in site maintenance or facilities (desirable but not essential).
A team player who takes pride in creating a safe and positive environment.
Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive Trust.
