Our school is one of six primary and secondary schools within the NEAT Academy Trust family of schools. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Attendance Officer in Benfield School to improve whole school attendance outcomes and reduce persistent absenteeism. The role will involve working with children, parents and carers to improve attendance and achievement. The successful candidate must have relevant experience of working with young people within secondary education or be able to offer evidence of ability to succeed in this role.
