An opportunity has arisen for a skilled and well motivated Behaviour Support Worker to join the Locality Inclusion Support Team (LIST). We are looking for a pro-active practitioner who will work directly with designated pupils and young people in settings across the educational phases, either individually or in small groups, assisting them in developing an insight into their difficulties and supporting them to find ways to make progress. The Behaviour Support Worker will liaise with school staff and carers, offering advice and strategies to develop and maintain consistent approaches to behaviour management.
This job is term time only so will be pro-rated.
