The Review and Inspection unit are looking to recruit a reliable and committed individual with a flexible approach to work. The post will provide effective administrative and clerical support to services relating to child protection and looked after children.

You will possess good communication skills and have experience of working with a wide range of people. The post holder must deliver excellent levels of customer service, display initiative and have the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload to specific deadlines.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong IT skills and experience of using databases.

Main duties include;
- Inputting, updating and retrieval of information in a number of databases (Protocol, Agresso and Practice Manual website).
- Records maintenance.
- Dealing with queries.
- Collating manual and computerised data.
- Distribution of documents electronically and in hard copy.
- Typing duties.
