Redcar & Cleveland Early Help Youth & Community Service is looking for enthusiastic Level 3 Youth Workers to lead and deliver our Holiday Time Short Breaks sessions. You’ll be supporting children and young people with SEND to learn, play, explore and enjoy positive experiences during the school holidays.
We are looking for someone that believes in children and young people’s potential, who will be a passionate advocate for them and that believes in leading by example when it comes to delivering meaningful and empowering Youth Work.
As a Level 3 Youth Worker you will be right at the heart of our SEND youth provision - working directly with children and young people across the Borough, bringing energy, creativity & care to every session but also supporting the CWD Youth Leader and Neighbourhood Youth Officer in shaping service delivery, working to Redcar & Cleveland’s Youth Work core curriculum and helping your team shine.
