Duties to include responsibility for the security of the premises, minor maintenance work and repairs, key holding and call out, porterage, cleaning duties, gardening and general caretaking duties.
The successful candidate will:-
• Have experience and understanding of Caretaking duties & responsibilities
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
The following positions are to cover 52 Weeks.
Mobile Maintenance Operative
Monday to Friday – Various Times
