This is an exciting role, working for The Galileo Trust, which sponsors ten good and outstanding primary academies across the Redcar & Cleveland area. Established in 2018, we require an ambitious and dynamic individual who can successfully build on our foundations, setting the Trust’s overall strategic direction, with accountability for school improvement and the academic performance of all our schools.

You will be able to demonstrate significant experience in strategic leadership and school improvement with the confidence and interpersonal skills to optimise the collective talents of a complex stakeholder group.
