The Governors of Eskdale Academy wish to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic classroom teacher who demonstrates vision and energy. Candidates should be experienced and have a commitment to raising attainment across academy to ensure that all pupils succeed. They should be highly motivated with a desire to continually develop their own leadership and management skills through leading a subject across the school, dependent on experience and specialism
