We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and service focused ICT professional to lead the IT department of Middlesbrough’s leading community learning provider.
This exciting opportunity will see you managing a wide range of IT and telephony systems and services, working with the senior management team to develop the service’s strategy in-line with the latest developments in ICT. You will be expected to deliver innovative, robust solutions as we seek to evolve and improve our ICT provision for learners and staff.
You will take ownership of the management and support of all ICT and telephony equipment and infrastructure across a number of venues. A strong technical background with knowledge Microsoft and Linux server environments, virtualisation and MS SQL database software is required. Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills are essential.
