The Role:

The Enquiry Centre is the first point of contact for customer enquiries, and we are looking for a customer focused individual to join our team of advisors who are committed to delivering excellent customer experiences. The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills and the ability to work under difficult circumstances in a calm and professional manner.

Your Homes Newcastle provides a wide range of services to people on behalf of Newcastle City Council; these can range from reporting repairs, collecting money to elderly customers asking for help following a fall.

If you are a positive person who can empathise with people, remain calm in difficult situations and deliver a first-class customer service, we want to hear from you.

Shift patterns include the hours listed below and will be on a fixed term contract until March 2019.

• Monday to Friday 2pm - 8pm position, 30 hours per week
• Monday to Friday 4pm - 8pm position, 20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday 5pm -10pm position, 25 hours per week
• Friday 2pm-1-pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm position x2, 15 hours per week
