The Role:
Do you have a passion for customer service? If so, a Contact Centre role with Your Homes Newcastle could be the start of a career for you.

Your Homes Newcastle provides a wide range of services to people on behalf of Newcastle City Council; these can range from reporting repairs, collecting money to elderly customers asking for help following a fall.

If you are a positive person who can empathise with people, remain calm in difficult situations and deliver a first-class customer service, we want to hear from you.

Shift patterns could include the hours listed below and will be on a fixed term contract until December 2018.

• Monday to Friday 7am – 12 Midday position, 25 hours per week
• Monday to Friday 4pm - 8pm position, 20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday 5pm – 9pm position, 20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday 12midday – 5pm position, 25 hours per week
• Monday to Friday 1pm – 9pm position, 37 hours per week
• Saturday and Sunday 8am – 8pm position, 23 hours per week
• Saturday and Sunday 8am – 1pm position, 10 hours per week
• Saturday and Sunday 6pm – 10pm position, 8 hours per week
• Saturday and Sunday 12midday – 6pm position, 12 hours per week
