Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council are pleased to announce an exciting apprenticeship opportunity within the Council’s Customer Service Department. If successful, the twelve month apprenticeship will provide you with an opportunity to work in the Council’s Contact Centre as well as in face to face customer service environments such as libraries.

You will be working within a committed, supportive & fun loving team who will help you build your experience and knowledge within a vibrant customer service environment whilst being supported to achieve an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services.

The Council’s aim is to appoint enthusiastic and capable individuals who have ambition and are looking to enter a challenging and rewarding job in Local Government. We are committed to Customer Excellence and we are looking for individuals with a desire to work in a customer focused environment.

The Council are looking for a hardworking individuals that are committed and can display initiative.

As part of the selection process you must be able to demonstrate the potential to achieve an NVQ level 2 in Customer Services by attending an assessment centre that may take up to 3 hours.
