Seaham High School is seeking to appoint an experienced Data Manager who has ideally worked with SIMs in a school setting, can lead on provision and ongoing development of effective management information and data services. In addition to possessing excellent organisational, IT, interpersonal and communication skills, candidates must be innovative, highly numerate with logical, analytical and spreadsheet skills. You must able to prioritise, remain clam under pressure and show initiative. The successful candidate will be required to lead on the use of data in its widest sense, to inform school improvement with related activity. You will work alongside members of the Senior Leadership Team to plan and oversee whole school reporting at regular intervals. In addition, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the examination process and line manage the school exams officer.
