The Governing Body of St. Teresa's is looking to appoint an inspiring and energetic Deputy Headteacher who is a practising Catholic to work in partnership with the Headteacher to nurture and develop our pupils and staff, building on the outstanding reputation of St Teresa’s going forward.

The successful candidate will:
• Be a caring and inspirational leader, passionate about enabling pupils and staff to shine, develop their potential and celebrate their talents
• Be an outstanding class teacher with a passion for highly effective teaching and learning.
• Be able to set targets and plan rigorously to ensure that all children thrive and achieve their full potential
• Be creative, innovative and forward thinking
• Be able to work collaboratively with the Head teacher, Senior Leadership Team and Governors to drive and lead our school into the next stage of its development
• Be a highly effective leader who makes a difference by inspiring a love of learning
• Be a natural communicator able to build on our well- developed partnerships with our children, staff, parents, parish and wider community.
