Digital Improvement Officer Salary: Grade 7, £20,138 – £21,962 (SCP 21-24) Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Full time Hours: 37 We want a motivated, forward thinking and talented individual who has excellent interpersonal skills and the drive to make a difference, to join our Business Improvement Service. Working across services you will help to foster a culture of continuous improvement and you will influence change at all levels. This exciting and multi-faceted role will see you working closely with all council services to enhance conversion by delivering the best online experience possible to our customers. You will live and breathe all things digital and use this passion to ensure the council improves the standard of its digital platforms. Using your excellent communication, relationship and programme management skills, you will help inform and deliver our communications strategy, providing support and direction to teams across the council. With an in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end online experience, you will be able to translate the priorities and objectives of the business into actionable enhancements to our website and platform, whether that be technology or content led. User-centric change will be at the heart of what you do. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers can find and interact with the council’s services effortlessly whatever device or platform they are using, through continual improvements to the structure, layout and navigability of our website.
