Contract Type: Permanent, plus maternity leave cover available projected until mid April 2025 (timeframes on maternity leave cover subject to change)
Location: St Mark’s House, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees (With flexibility required to work from other locations within the Cleveland Police area and some home working available)
An exciting opportunity is available for the position of Digital Learning Trainer and Designer where you will work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of Digital learning. If you are a creative individual with an excellent understanding of ICT and digital media this role will allow you to demonstrate this by designing and delivering effective e-learning packages.
You will also work in partnership with the College of Policing and their managed learning environment (College Learn) which hosts national, and our own local, e-Learning packages. Within the job there is more scope for your design skills working with Microsoft SharePoint. This includes; creating new sites, updating sites and managing the sites within the Learning & Development department. There is the opportunity to be creative with video editing and utilise Microsoft Excel skills to create interactive worksheets.
We are looking for candidates who have a good working knowledge of; Adobe Captivate, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Excel advanced knowledge (Formula’s charts, worksheets, etc.) and Video editing software.
A proven ability to work with partnership agencies is essential as well as being able to deal with all levels of staff throughout the organisation.
