We have created this new senior role to strengthen our approach to financial strategy, commissioning and business transformation in children’s services in Middlesbrough.

Working closely with the Executive Director and Service Directors you will lead the Believe in Families transformation programme, ensure strong financial and wider performance management across children’s services, and bring commercial acumen to drive financial grip and service improvement.
