Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council are pleased to announce an exciting apprenticeship opportunity, within the Early Help Team.

The post is to support the involvement of children and young people across the authority in matters that affect them to ensure their voices are heard.

The Council’s aim is to appoint enthusiastic and capable individuals who have ambition and are looking to enter a challenging and rewarding job in Local Government.

The Council are looking for hardworking individuals that are committed and can display initiative.

As part of the selection process you must be able to demonstrate the potential to achieve a Level 2 Children & Young People’s Workforce qualification by attending an assessment centre that can take up to 3 hours.

The ideal candidates most possess the following personal qualities & characteristics:-

- Have a Positive Can do Attitude
- Flexible Approach to work
