The postholder will co-ordinate, provide and assist in the development of an effective curriculum service for students within the Electrical Installation workshop for full time learners and apprentices.
This position has the responsibility for workshop Technician duties, ordering equipment, risk assessments, health & safety checks, providing support to lecturers, alsong with workshop instructor contact hours
Duties will include:
Prepare, adapt, organise and maintain learning resources and equipment.
Setup the learning environment and undertake the day to day maintenance and repair of equipment and tools.
Prepare the learning environment for instructing, assessing and supervising learners, as directed by lecturing staff/curriculum needs.
Instruct full time learner and apprentices within the Electrical Installation workshop
