2 Posts within the Maintenance Team

Building Services are seeking to appoint 3 qualified Electricians, 2 for the Maintenance team and 1 for the Construction team.

For Maintenance you should have experience in electrical testing and inspection, general repairs and maintenance of domestic and commercial buildings, with a thorough understanding of current health and safety and electrical legislation, you should be able to produce clear concise electrical testing and repair certification.

For Construction you should be experienced in all aspects of electrical installation and maintenance as well as having all round knowledge of construction activities and a working knowledge and awareness of electrical and construction site health and safety.

The right candidates will need to have a can do attitude and be able to work alone and also within a small team.

* £28,939 is made up of £25,055 per annum basic salary plus a reviewable market supplement, which is currently £3,884 per annum.
