The Families' Information Service (FIS) Team is a busy multi-disciplined, customer focussed team, based at Redcar and Cleveland House.
We are looking to recruit an FIS assistant (16 hours), who is enthusiastic, innovative and willing to be flexible in their approach to working days.
The role is varied and includes childcare brokerage, updating and developing the People's Information Network (PIN) website and dealing with a range of daily enquires from the public both via the FIS telephone helpline or by email. You will be required to attend local community settings and planned events to promote PIN and deliver presentations at organised information sessions.
