Fostering Service Manager
up to £40,000pa 35 hours per week
Fostering North East, a project of St Cuthbert’s Care, is seeking to recruit a Registered Manager ready to lead and develop our fostering service to achieve exceptional outcomes for children and young people placed. We require an individual who is highly motivated, with an in-depth knowledge on all aspects of fostering regulation and related legislation, as well as direct experience of management and social work practice and assessment.
The successful candidate is required to be a qualified registered social worker who will have senior/managerial experience with the ability to represent the Charity and have the visionary skills, drive, personality and compassion to support the charity’s strategic development.
