Grade C, SCP 14-16 (32.5 , 39 weeks pa pro rata)

The Head Teacher, Governing Body and children of our thriving school are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to take a role within the school to address the needs of all pupils. This role will predominantly be working with Key Stage 2 and experience at this level is desirable.

• Has or is working towards a relevant qualification
• Has recent and relevant experience of working with young children, preferably in an educational setting and a similar role
• Has a passion to make a difference, is a good communicator with a real ability to inspire and motivate.
• Good communication and listening skills, and an ability to relate well to children and adults
• Experience of resource preparation and differentiation to support learning programmes
• General awareness of inclusion policies and practice
• Has experience of working with children of all abilities
The main responsibilities of this role are:
• General teaching assistant duties within the classroom and around school where required
