Further Information
Head of Behaviour and Pastoral Care required to support and promote an inclusive culture throughout the school, enabling all students to achieve their best. This new role will provide strategic leadership to safeguarding, pastoral system and attendance ensuring that the school meet the statutory responsibilities set out in Keeping Children Safe in Education.
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly skilled person who has significant experience in supporting vulnerable young people. Including experience of working with child protection systems and Safeguarding Policies and Procedures ideally in a school setting.
The right person will have experience of working in a pastorally-focused environment at a managerial level, have a strong working knowledge of safeguarding, behaviour and attendance and have an ability to problem solve, make quick decision and work successfully under pressure in a fast-moving but rewarding environment.
This post is a Permanent contract to cover the post.
