Health Support Worker We are looking to employ a Support Worker available to work in the Darlington area. The post holder needs to be available to work mornings and evenings. The number of hours each week is negotiable. This post holder would assist with personal care, administration of medication and support (in the home and community) for a child who has health and developmental issues and disabilities. Experience in this area is desirable, however training can be provided. The applicant must be passionate about supporting vulnerable children and their carers and provide high quality care. A current driving licence is preferable but not necessary.
