Laidlaw Schools Trust are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR professional to join our education team. You may already be working as a HR Business Partner and seeking a new opportunity, or you may be an experienced HR Adviser/Manager and wanting a promotion to a partner position which offers variety and challenge.
 
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified to a minimum of Level 5 or will have extensive HR generalist experience. They will be well-experienced in undertaking employee relations including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.
 
This is a significant time of development for the Trust and this role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a bold new three-year strategy focused on enhancing learning, inclusion, and wellbeing across our schools.

The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of strategic projects, including staff development, wellbeing programmes, and leadership initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity to support and influence the future direction of our education community.
