An exciting opportunity has arisen with County Durham Housing Group, a progressive social housing provider in County Durham. County Durham Housing Group are bringing some ICT Services in house and are looking to recruit for the new ICT Service Desk and Desktop Support team.
As part of this new ICT team, CDHG seek to appoint a number of ICT Engineers. As an ICT Engineer you will work as part of a small team, in a challenging and rewarding environment, providing excellent ICT Support and customer service to the dispersed staff of CDHG.
You will work in a role that will encourage you to be proactive, use your own initiative and develop to your full potential, and in doing so help develop the ICT service to ensure the group and its staff greatly benefits from the use of Information Technology.
The post holders will work in a team providing service desk and field support for a variety of hardware and software solutions to CDHG Staff wherever located.
The post holder will need access to a car with a current valid driving licence and appropriate insurance.
