As part of the Councils Believe in Families Transformational programme we are looking to appoint a trainer to join our Social Care Applications team within ICT Services. This is a key role in the delivery of the ICT support service to the Councils Social Care teams. You will be required to have experience of Social Care IT systems, preferably LiquidLogic, along with detailed knowledge of their use in both Adult’s and Children’s Services.
You will be working closely with the Social Care teams, building great relationships and ensuring that the workforce is able to confidently and competently record their work on the Liquidlogic case management systems.
The post holder will develop, manage and deliver a training programme, which will include:
• Coordinating and delivering training requirements
• Maintaining and updating training manuals
• Evaluate the training
