First Class Supply are working exclusively with this North Northumberland first school to appoint a Key Stage 2 Teacher. The role is to commence in September 2018 on a full time basis, for the academic year.

The school is small in size, takes pupils from ages 5-9, and aims to provide a happy, stimulating environment where children can be involved in a variety of learning experiences. Graded Good by Ofsted, leadership has been praised in driving continuous improvements across the school. The pupils are encouraged to work both individually and in groups, to grow in confidence and become caring, enquiring and responsible with an enthusiasm to learn. Relationships which reflect a caring attitude are encouraged thereby creating respect and mutual trust between children, staff and other adults.

To be successful in this post you must:

have an exceptional work ethic and a proven record of exemplary classroom practice
demonstrate a positive impact on pupil development
be pro-active, enthusiastic, energetic and reliable
hold a relevant teaching qualification and QTS
have recent experience / knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
