As Lead Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in a wider range of activities that support our groups strategic objectives. Following Leazes Homes recently joining our group there is an exciting opportunity to play a lead role in supporting the business in delivering its challenging and ambitions plans. This will be through providing strategic financial advice across a range of services by:
• Preparing financial appraisals on investment proposals, ensuring future investment plans are sustainable
• Calculate, review, and propose rent and services charges for new and existing properties
• Develop 30-year financial models, incorporating stress testing and cash flow planning (Brixx models)
• Carrying out VFM and NPV modelling that will inform investment planning
• Providing monthly management accounts and supporting performance data to enable essential insight into service delivery
• Take a lead role preparing and submitting statutory returns and management accounts for a group of companies
• Review, design and implement new business insight in the form of performance data or financial controls and models
• Analyse and advise on corrective action required to address poor financial and non-financial performance
• Be a trusted advisor to the services you support, playing a pivotal role in decision making
• Understanding key business drivers of the services we support.

What you need to do the job?
• Be passionate and enthusiastic about business partnering
• Have the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders’ decision making
• Highly developed leadership skills in the Business Partnering environment
• Have strong analytical, ICT and business acumen skills
• Work collaboratively and build strategic relationships with senior managers and external partners to achieve best outcomes for the business
• Committed to ongoing development
• Experience of supporting registered charities and housing provider
• Be a fully qualified accountant
